Suite 49 offers eight private salon suites, each ranging from 90–120 sqft. Every suite is modern, move-in ready, and designed for independent beauty and wellness professionals. Tenants enjoy shared access to a shampoo bar, drying chairs, a break room with kitchenette, private restrooms for both stylists and clients, and the option to add laundry room access for a monthly fee.

Each of our eight private salon suites at Suite 49 is thoughtfully designed with both functionality and comfort in mind. Here’s what you can expect:

24/7 Access
Come and go on your own schedule with full access to your suite any time, day or night. -
Private, Lockable Entry
Every suite includes its own locking door with a personal code known only to the tenant and owner—ensuring total privacy and security. -
Built-In Workstations
Each space is equipped with a sink, countertop, and upper and lower cabinetry for plenty of organized storage. -
Modern Conveniences
High-speed WiFi and all utilities are included, so you can focus on your clients—not extra bills. -
Natural Light
Six of the eight suites feature windows for natural lighting; only two are windowless for those who prefer more privacy. -
Exclusive Upgrade Options
Three select suites are designed to accommodate a private shampoo chair, available for an additional monthly fee.

What’s included in the monthly rent?Your private suite, all utilities, high-speed WiFi, access to our shared shampoo bar, drying chairs, break room with kitchenette, private stylist and client restrooms. Optional laundry access is available for a small fee.

How long are the leases?We offer flexible lease terms at either 6 months or a year. It is a slightly higher monthly rate for the 6 month option vs. the year. We are currently offering a PRE-LEASE discount for stylists booking their suite and signing their lease before the renovation is complete with their first month being half off, and other exciting benefits.

Can I decorate my suite?Absolutely! It’s your space. We encourage you to make it your own while keeping it professional and safe.

Do I need insurance?Yes—each stylist is required to carry liability insurance, as well as an active business license. It helps protect you and your clients.

Can I bring my own shampoo bowl or equipment?If you're in one of our exclusive suites with water and drain access, yes! Those spaces are ready for a shampoo chair if you'd like to add one for a small monthly fee. You can also bring your own mirror, styling chair, etc. or can rent those from us as well for a small monthly fee.

Is there parking for my clients?Yes! We have plenty of convenient, on-site parking, and the whole building is handicap accessible.
