Meet Ashley Painter, master hairstylist, L’anza Healing Haircare educator, and boho chic boutique owner! Her goal is to provide an exceptional experience for everyone. Ashley is a hair color genius specializing in blonding, color corrections, and all methods of hair extensions. Ashley believes in giving you a custom color and haircut to look your very best. L’anza Healing Haircare aligns with Ashley goals as a stylist and individual, healing the hair from the inside resulting in a radiant shine and education being key to success. Ashley joined the education team and has traveled the U.S. teaching since 2019. Her clothing boutiques offer a bohemian flare with a style for everyone. Ashley has been a hairstylist for 12 years. Inspirational Design Boutique and Salon was established in 2020 and grew to a boutique in 2024 with in store locations at Fishersville Suite 49 and Magnolia Rose in historic downtown Staunton.

Amelia Bartley, owner of Metamorphisis, is a skilled hair and makeup artist specializing in highlights, color, and haircuts for all ages. She is especially passionate about serving clients who may struggle in typical salon environments, including those with sensory sensitivities, autism, or other disabilities. Amelia creates a calm, patient, and supportive experience tailored to each client’s needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and cared for. With her bright, boho-inspired style and her heart for making people feel beautiful from the inside out, Amelia blends creativity with deep compassion. Outside the salon, she enjoys simple joys like sweet treats, coffee, and her daily devotional.
Elana Reed
Rustic Revival Studio
Elana Reed, owner of Rustic Revival Studio, is a talented hairstylist specializing in blonding, color services, haircuts, and styling. Known for creating a cozy, welcoming escape for her clients, Elana focuses on helping each person leave her chair feeling confident and cared for. She brings a warm, thoughtful approach to her work and draws inspiration from everyday moments and time spent with her family. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys cozy aesthetics, neutrals, and checkered prints, along with sweet treats and a good cup of coffee.
